Kjerstin is home and I was there and we took a break from just sitting around in the sun to do some painting. So that means there is now new art in my life and I will put it up soon-ish. It is based on a piece by Egon Schiele so of course it’s weird and scary, and it’s making me sort of sad and a bit self-concious. EXPRESSIONISM: NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.

It’s a week since I saw Les Miserables and I’m still not fine. It got worse as I read the book, and read about these assholes and their stupid life-choices.

I know you mean well and it’s just hyperbole but, um, it’s not a stupid life choice.
Tumblr has ruined the way I talk about things. So yeah, of course it’s not stupid, it’s brilliant and sort of wonderful and heartbreaking and sort of HOW DARE THEY do things that makes me sad.
